1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website www.webpageworkmen.com (the "Site") or purchasing services from Webpage Workmen ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Webpage Workmen provides the following services to trade businesses:

Website Design & Development — Custom-built, mobile-responsive websites tailored to your business
Website Hosting — Professional managed hosting on enterprise-grade infrastructure
SEO Setup — Search engine optimization configuration (Growth and Premium plans)
Content Updates — Ongoing website content changes as specified by your plan
Support — Email-based customer support with response times varying by plan

Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis according to the plan you select (Starter, Growth, or Premium).

3. Account Registration & Client Information

When you engage our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for all activity associated with your account.

4. Pricing & Payment

Starter Plan: $15 per month
Growth Plan: $29 per month
Premium Plan: $49 per month

All prices are in US Dollars and are billed monthly. There are no setup fees. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price change will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. No Contracts & Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@webpageworkmen.com. Upon cancellation:

Your website will remain live through the end of your current paid billing period
We will provide you with an export of your website files upon request
No cancellation fees or penalties will be charged
Any unused portion of a billing cycle is non-refundable (except under the 30-day money-back guarantee)

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New clients are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of service, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time clients only.

7. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide (text, images, logos, business information). You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of building and hosting your website.
Our Work: The website design, code, and structure created by Webpage Workmen remain our intellectual property while you are an active subscriber. Upon cancellation, we will provide an export of your website files for your use.
Third-Party Assets: Stock images, fonts, icons, and other third-party assets used on your site are subject to their respective licenses.

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information for your website
Respond to design review requests in a timely manner
Ensure that content you provide does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Not use your website for any unlawful purpose
Maintain current payment information

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Host content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity of our hosting infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this acceptable use policy.

10. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Content Updates & Modifications

Content update frequency is determined by your plan level. Requests for content updates should be submitted via email to support@webpageworkmen.com. We will complete updates within a reasonable timeframe, typically 1-3 business days for standard changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webpage Workmen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webpage Workmen, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
